Grisly Pear Wrestles the Asylum Seeker
NYU Home of the Asylum Seeker
NYU and West Village bar flies went crazy for the Asylum Seeker drink at the renowned Grisly Pear, a campus mainstay. The back room was mobbed, the step and repeat prominently placed behind the kareoke crowd, and the waiters, waitresses and bartenders were all styling in their Asylum Seeker t-shirts. There were some crazy singers after a few Asylum Seekers were sucked down!
The next time you are in the West Village or if you happen upon NYU, check out the Grisly Pear, and order their signature Asylum Seeker cocktail. We overheard one patron exclaim: “It is to die for!”
In addition, many thanks to the bar manager and staff who were absolutely terrific to work with! We’ll be back gang, and hope that you stop in an exclaim: “I want one of those drinks to die for!!!”
